The park currently has nine permanent residential homes which are all owner occupied. The available plots are currently on a licence which is under an ongoing planning appeal. The result of the planning appeal is due anytime 2023.
Customers can reserve a plot now on 11 month leisure licence if the planning appeal is successful you will be upgraded to residential status free of charge.
11 month Leisure Licence – February is the month you must not stay at the property
Ground Rent = £3500 + VAT
Includes water, sewerage, road maintenance lighting, landscaping tree program, refuse collection, road salting, warden
